Notwithstanding the requirements of subsection (a) of section 26-142a, no commercial fishing vessel permit shall be required for any vessel used for taking lobsters or fish, including menhaden, for personal use only.(P.A. 97-133, S. 4, 5.)History: P.A. 97-133 effective June 13, 1997.
