No person shall draw, set or use any net, seine, pound net, fyke net or set net in any waters of Long Island Sound or any creek or tributary thereof, lying north of a line drawn from the breakwater on what is known as Long Beach to the Penfield Reef lighthouse, and thence along said Penfield Reef to the shore or mainland in the town of Fairfield.(1949 Rev., S. 4989.)
