No person shall draw, set or use any net in the waters of Keney Cove in the towns of Glastonbury and East Hartford between April fifteenth and November first or between December first and March fifteenth. Between March fifteenth and April fifteenth and between November first and December first, no net except a two and one-half inch mesh net shall be used in the waters of said cove.(1949, S. 2511d.)
