Upon suspension of a license, permit or registration issued by the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection pursuant to this chapter or the right to obtain such license, permit or registration, all other licenses, permits or registrations and the right to obtain such licenses, permits or registrations issued to a person pursuant to this chapter may be suspended.(P.A. 82-255, S. 5; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Commissioner of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
