No person shall operate a boat propelled by an internal combustion engine upon the waters of that part of Bantam River in the town of Litchfield between the demarcation lines established under the provisions of section 26-110 at the mouth or outlet of said river where it enters Bantam Lake and the outlet or inlet at Little Pond. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars.
