In any field guide produced by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for hunting, the regulations for hunting in proximity to buildings occupied by persons or domestic animals or used for storage of flammable or combustible materials and the regulations for shooting towards persons, buildings or animals shall be stated prominently and in relatively large and bold type.(P.A. 91-378, S. 4; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Department of Environmental Protection' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Department of Energy and Environmental Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
