Any person who hunts upon the grounds of Putnam Memorial Camp in the town of Redding, or enters upon said grounds for said purpose, shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars; and any person found on said grounds with a gun or hunting dog, without permission, shall be deemed, prima facie, to be there for the purpose of hunting.(1949 Rev., S. 5011.)
