The conviction of any person of dredging without a license, upon a natural oyster bed, shall render such person ineligible for a license for the remainder of the license year, and the conviction of any licensee for any violation of the laws relating to shellfisheries shall operate as a revocation of his license.(1949 Rev., S. 5050.)
