Any person who takes any clams less than two inches in length or more than one-half bushel of clams, or more than one-half bushel of oysters except from an area designated for planting oysters, in any day in the town of Old Lyme shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars.(1949 Rev., S. 5089; 1957, P.A. 66; P.A. 12-80, S. 39.)History: P.A. 12-80 replaced penalty of a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days or both with a fine of not more than $250.
