Any person who takes any oysters from the inland waters of the towns of East Lyme and Waterford above the demarcation line during the months of June, July and August shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars.(1949 Rev., S. 5090; P.A. 12-80, S. 40.)History: P.A. 12-80 replaced penalty of a fine of not less than $7 or more than $20 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days or both with a fine of not more than $250.
