Connecticut Title 27 — Connecticut law

Any person who wilfully or wantonly injures or destroys any uniform, arm, equipment or other military property of the state or the United States and refuses to make good such injury or loss, or who sells or disposes of the same or secretes or retains or removes the same, with intent to sell or dispose of it, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both.(1949 Rev., S. 1268.)
