§ 27.102

Connecticut Title 27 — Connecticut law

The officers of any private military force shall, immediately upon organization or association, execute and file with the Secretary of the State a sworn statement, including therein a copy of the constitution, bylaws, rules or regulations of such organization and a roster of its membership. On or before August first in each year, the officers of any private military force shall execute and file with the Secretary of the State a sworn statement setting forth any changes in the constitution, bylaws, rules and regulations of such private military force and a complete roster of its membership. The officers of any private military force who fail to execute and file any such sworn statement shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both.(1949 Rev., S. 1330, 1331.)
