Subject to section 27-156, special courts-martial shall have jurisdiction to try persons subject to this code for any offense for which they may be punished under this code. A special court-martial shall have the same powers of punishment as a general court-martial, except that no fine or forfeiture of pay and allowances imposed by a special court-martial shall be more than one hundred dollars for a single offense.(1967, P.A. 717, S. 18.)
