Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to require municipalities or local or regional agencies otherwise eligible for federal or state financial assistance for purposes of emergency management or homeland security to agree that such financial assistance shall not be allocated directly to such municipalities or local or regional agencies.(P.A. 04-219, S. 28.)History: P.A. 04-219 effective January 1, 2005.
