§ 28-1i

Not later than January first, annually, the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection shall submit a report to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public safety that specifies and evaluates state-wide emergency management and homeland security activities during the preceding calendar year.(P.A. 04-219, S. 30; P.A. 11-51, S. 163.)History: P.A. 04-219 effective January 1, 2005; P.A. 11-51 replaced 'January 1, 2006, and annually thereafter' with 'January first, annually' and replaced 'Commissioner of Emergency Management and Homeland Security' with 'Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
