Any state police officer who makes an arrest of a person shall, without delay, report the record of such arrest to the State Police Bureau of Identification. For the purposes of this section, 'record of such arrest' means the name and address of the person arrested, the date, time and place of the arrest and the offense for which the person was arrested.(P.A. 83-272, S. 2.)
