The provisions of sections 29-129 and 29-130 shall not be so construed as to limit the right of any person to conduct any hotel, restaurant or eating place at any amusement park or to limit the right to sell therein on Sunday any article which may be lawfully sold on said day.(1949 Rev., S. 3716.)
