The price of admission and of the seats to any boxing or mixed martial arts match conducted under the provisions of this chapter shall be published in a newspaper published and circulated in the town, city or borough where such match is to be conducted, if any newspaper is published in such town, city or borough, but, if no newspaper is published in such town, city or borough, such publication shall be made in a newspaper having a substantial circulation in such town, city or borough.
