The Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection shall annually prepare and publish a list of licensed security services and security officers and distribute copies of such list to the chiefs of police in Connecticut and to the clerks' offices of the Superior Court and to any licensee upon request.(P.A. 04-192, S. 38; P.A. 11-51, S. 134.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-51, 'Commissioner of Public Safety' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection', effective July 1, 2011.
