The books, records, reports, equipment, property, accounts and liabilities of the Connecticut Justice Commission and all funds subject to its control shall be transferred to the Office of Policy and Management. The employees of the Connecticut Justice Commission shall be transferred with the same status to the Office of Policy and Management.
