Any person who violates any provision of section 29-344, 29-345 or 29-346 shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both for each offense.(1949 Rev., S. 4135.)History: Sec. 29-87 transferred to Sec. 29-347 in 1983.
