In addition to the appointments authorized under section 3-13a, the Treasurer may appoint, as the Treasurer determines is necessary, officers and other investment-related personnel in other divisions of the office of the Treasurer, with the approval of the Commissioner of Administrative Services and the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management. Such officers and investment-related personnel shall serve at the pleasure of the Treasurer.(P.A. 11-82, S. 1.)
