The Treasurer shall notify the Governor and the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of all matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding when he establishes a bank account pursuant to sections 3-24 and 4-33. Such notice shall identify the location of the bank account and the purposes for which it was established.(P.A. 94-7, S. 5.)
