On the fifteenth day of April of each year, the Treasurer shall cover the interest of the School Fund in the Treasury on the last day of February into the civil list funds of the state and shall notify the Comptroller, in writing, of the amount of the interest so covered or transferred.(1949 Rev., S. 132; P.A. 74-58, S. 1, 2.)History: P.A. 74-58 changed date of transfer from March first to April fifteenth.
