The Treasurer shall, annually, before the first day of December, prepare a complete schedule of all property and securities belonging to said funds on June thirtieth preceding and also an abstract thereof; and the Auditors of Public Accounts shall audit, examine and certify to the same, which certified abstract shall be annexed to the next report of the Treasurer to the Governor.(1949 Rev., S. 143.)
