§ 3-64a

All property not otherwise provided for or excluded from this part, including any income, interest or other increment thereto and deducting any lawful charges, which is held or owing in this state and has remained unclaimed by the owner for more than three years after it became due, payable or distributable, is presumed abandoned.(1961, P.A. 540, S. 9; Nov.
