A notary public may apply for reappointment on a form prescribed and provided by the Secretary, accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of sixty dollars, and shall otherwise comply with all requirements for being appointed and serving as a notary public. Not later than ninety days before the expiration of the term of a notary public, the Secretary shall send the notary a notice of the expiration and a reappointment application form.(P.A. 90-154, S. 4.)Cited. 230 C. 24.
