At the end of each fiscal year commencing with the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2009, the Comptroller is authorized to record as revenue for such fiscal year the amount of outstanding balances required to be paid to the state under section 22a-245a and that is received by the state not later than five business days after the last day of July immediately following the end of such fiscal year.(P.A. 09-1, S. 16.)History: P.A. 09-1 effective April 1, 2009.
