§ 3-123ggg

The Comptroller may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to implement and administer partnership plans and the provisions of sections 3-123aaa to 3-123fff, inclusive. The Comptroller may implement policies and procedures necessary to administer the provisions of sections 3-123aaa to 3-123fff, inclusive, while in the process of adopting such policies and procedures as regulation, provided the Comptroller prints notice of intent to adopt regulations in the Connecticut Law Journal not later than twenty days after the date of implementation. Policies and procedures implemented pursuant to this section shall be valid until the time final regulations are adopted.(P.A. 11-58, S. 7.)History: P.A. 11-58 effective July 1, 2011.
