(a) There shall be an Attorney General to be elected in the same manner as other state officers in accordance with the provisions of section 9-181. The Attorney General shall (1) be an elector of this state, (2) be a member in good standing of the bar of this state, and (3) have engaged in the practice of law in this state for at least ten years, either consecutively or nonconsecutively.(b) The office of the Attorney General shall be at the Capitol.
