(a) A resort permit shall allow the retail sale of alcoholic liquor to be consumed on the premises of a resort. The annual fee for a resort permit shall be one thousand four hundred fifty dollars.(b) 'Resort' means those premises upon which a hotel with other facilities, such as, but not limited to, a golf course, tennis courts, ski slopes or trails, riding stables or swimming facilities, is operated on a seasonal basis.(P.A. 78-82, S. 1; P.A. 93-139, S. 17; June Sp.
