Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision (6) of subsection (a) of section 30-47 and section 30-51, a permittee of premises operating under a grocery store beer permit issued under subsection (c) of section 30-20 may lease up to fifty per cent of the total square footage of the premises to any person for lawful purposes.
