Section 31-11a is repealed, provided the payment of any claim filed with the Labor Commissioner prior to April 13, 1981, for the payment of benefits pursuant to said section, for any week prior to April 13, 1981, shall not be affected.(P.A. 78-16, S. 8–10; P.A. 81-59, S. 1, 2.)
