If any section, clause or provision of sections 31-40j to 31-40o, inclusive, shall be unconstitutional or be ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid and effective and no other section, clause or provision shall on account thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.(P.A. 82-251, S. 7, 8.)History: P.A. 82-251 effective July 1, 1983.
