The provisions of sections 31-56b and 31-56c are severable and if any provision is determined to contravene state or federal law, the remainder of sections 31-56b and 31-56c shall remain in full force and effect.(P.A. 12-70, S. 7.)History: P.A. 12-70 effective June 6, 2012.
