The Treasurer shall, on request filed in writing by the administrator, withdraw from the Unemployment Trust Fund and deposit in the Employment Security Administration Fund amounts not to exceed those authorized by Section 13(e) of the federal Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act.(1949 Rev., S. 7530.)
