All contributions made in accordance with this chapter and all other moneys payable into this fund, upon receipt thereof by the administrator, shall be paid to the State Treasurer, who shall deposit them in the Unemployment Compensation Fund. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 4-86, said Treasurer shall, with sufficient frequency to comply with Section 303(a)(4) of the Federal Social Security Act and Section 1603(a)(3) of the federal Internal Revenue Code, on warrants drawn by the State Comptroller at the direction of the administrator, pay all moneys in said fund, after deducting such amounts as are necessary for the payment of refunds, to the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States as trustee of the Unemployment Trust Fund established by Section 904 of the Social Security Act, to be deposited in said Unemployment Trust Fund for the account of the Connecticut Unemployment Compensation Fund.(1949 Rev., S. 7532; 1961, P.A. 325, S. 2.)History: 1961 act removed reference to contribution account.See Sec. 31-264 re disposition of fund moneys upon discontinuance of or changes in Unemployment Trust Fund.Cited. 175 C. 269.
