Any administrative law judge holding such office on July 1, 1971, may elect to be included within the provisions of sections 51-49, 51-50, 51-50a and 51-50b or to continue to be subject to the provisions of section 31-283.(1971, P.A. 639, S. 8; P.A. 21-18, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 21-18, 'compensation commissioner' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'administrative law judge', effective October 1, 2021.
