Any employer or any private insurance carrier or interlocal risk management agency acting on behalf of an employer that is aggrieved by a decision of the State Treasurer or the State Treasurer's agents concerning the method of assessing the employer for the liabilities of the Second Injury Fund pursuant to section 31-349g may appeal the decision to the Superior Court in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183.(P.A. 01-40, S. 2.)
