The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, in consultation with the Commissioner of Transportation, shall collaborate with the towns and cities in the state to promote and market areas of retail sales and services surrounding rail, bus terminals, airports and ports around the state. The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development may use the services of the Connecticut Economic Resource Center and any other entity it deems necessary.(June Sp. Sess.
