The Department of Economic and Community Development, in consultation with the person, firm, corporation or entity selected to implement the grant pursuant to subsection (b) of section 32-324a, if applicable, shall create guidelines necessary for the administration of the provisions of this section on the progress of the grant programs administered pursuant to sections 32-324a to 32-324e, inclusive.(June Sp.
