§ 33-1-to-33-11

Sections 33-1 to 33-11, inclusive, are repealed, provided the repeal of a prior act by this section shall not affect any right accrued or established, or any liability or penalty incurred, under the provisions of such act prior to the repeal thereof.(1949 Rev., S. 5123-5132; 1957, P.A. 372; 1959, P.A. 618, S. 137.)
