Connecticut Title 33 — Connecticut law

If any provision of sections 33-1000 to 33-1290, inclusive, or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of said sections that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of said sections are severable.(P.A. 96-256, S. 165, 209.)History: P.A. 96-256 effective January 1, 1997.
