All certificates, and all amendments and cancellations thereof, duly filed for record in accordance with the provisions of sections 34-10 and 34-33 prior to October 1, 1979, and otherwise conforming to the requirements of subdivision (a) of subsection (1) of section 34-10 and of subsection (1) of section 34-33 of the general statutes, revision of 1958, revised to 1979, except that the same were acknowledged by or on behalf of one or more members and were not sworn to by such members, are validated and shall be deemed to conform to the requirements of subdivision (a) of subsection (1) of section 34-10 and of subsection (1) of section 34-33 of the general statutes, revision of 1958, revised to 1979.(P.A. 79-356, S. 10.)
