§ 34-247c

(a) If a person required by sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, to sign a record or deliver a record to the Secretary of the State for filing under said sections does not do so, any other person that is aggrieved may petition the Superior Court to order the: (1) Person to sign the record; (2) person to deliver the record to the Secretary of the State for filing; or (3) Secretary of the State to file the record unsigned.(b) If a petitioner under subsection (a) of this section is not the limited liability company or foreign limited liability company to which the record pertains, the petitioner shall make the company or foreign company a party to the action.(c) A record filed under subdivision (3) of subsection (a) of this section is effective without being signed.(P.A. 16-97, S. 28.)History: P.A. 16-97 effective July 1, 2017.
