On request of any person, the Secretary of the State shall issue a certificate of legal existence for a domestic or registered foreign limited liability company. A certificate issued by the Secretary of the State under this section may be relied upon as conclusive evidence of the facts set forth in the certificate.(P.A. 16-97, S. 35; P.A. 17-108, S. 33.)History: P.A. 16-97 effective July 1, 2017; P.A. 17-108 deleted former Subsecs.
