§ 34.547

Connecticut Title 34 — Connecticut law

If any provision of sections 34-500 to 34-547, inclusive, or its application to any person or circumstances, is held invalid the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of said sections that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of said sections are severable.(P.A. 96-271, S. 251, 254.)History: P.A. 96-271 effective October 1, 1997.
