A Connecticut bank or Connecticut credit union shall accept any identity card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles in accordance with section 1-1h as identification for establishing an account with the Connecticut bank or Connecticut credit union or for any other purpose for which the Connecticut bank or Connecticut credit union accepts as identification a motor vehicle operator's license.(P.A. 93-8; P.A. 96-109, S. 4.)History: P.A. 96-109 substituted 'Connecticut bank or Connecticut credit union' for 'financial institution'.
