§ 36a-847b

Connecticut Title 36a — Connecticut law

The provisions of sections 36a-846 to 36a-855, inclusive, shall not apply to the following persons: (1) Any bank, out-of-state bank, Connecticut credit union, federal credit union or out-of-state credit union; (2) any wholly owned subsidiary of any such bank or credit union; and (3) any operating subsidiary where each owner of such operating subsidiary is wholly owned by the same bank or credit union.(P.A. 21-130, S. 4.)History: P.A. 21-130 effective July 1, 2021.
