(a) The commissioner shall charge a filing fee of five hundred dollars for a registration statement or Schedule 14D-1 filed by an offeror and two hundred fifty dollars for a request for hearing filed by a target company.(b) The expenses reasonably attributable to any hearing held under sections 36b-40 to 36b-52, inclusive, shall be charged in such proportions as the commissioner shall determine to the offeror and the target company.(P.A. 76-362, S. 10, 14; P.A. 81-121, S. 7, 9; P.A. 92-89, S. 8, 20.)History: Sec. 36-347j transferred to Sec. 36-465 in 1979; P.A. 81-121 amended Subsec.
